Gizmogo entered the very crowded electronics recycling space in 2019 and was overshadowed in the media by larger players including Best Buy, Verizon, Target and similar companies. We quickly created a media plan emphasizing higher prices for trade-ins along with quick and free shipping advantages. Our aggressive public relations campaign succeeded with media placements in local television around the country including the syndicated “Rich on Tech” segments broadcast around the country. In September 2021 we created an E-Waste partnership with local school districts in California to raise awareness for Gizmogo and to raise funds for those school districts.
