We were hired to update and modernize the brand and image of this private commercial real estate firm. First, we promoted and publicized the 100-year anniversary of System Property by finding historical story ideas and photos, resulting in feature stories in the Los Angeles and real estate media. By featuring the CEO David Damus as a national real estate expert, we also obtained interviews (with photos) in the regional and national media including the Cincinnati Enquirer, Puget Sound Business Journal and KNX Radio in Los Angeles, among others. We also supervised a complete redesign of the website including a major rewrite of all existing materials and new sections of the site. We continue to work with System Property and their parking company, Motor Parks, to publicize their services and properties.
